Non-deliverable / Refused Packages: If your package is refused, unclaimed, or cannot be delivered you are responsible for the original and return shipping costs, as well as all taxes, duties & custom charges. The amount of these charges will be subtracted from your refund.

 

MISSING/STOLEN PACKAGES

Snatched is not responsible for missing/stolen packages, once package is declared delivered by mail carrier. If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered, but you have not received it check with your neighbors and family members to make sure they haven't received it accidentally.
