Returns & Exchanges


We just hate it when things don't work out. However here's the good news, we gladly accept returns within 10 days after your items have been received on domestic orders. For orders shipped to Canada, we accept returns within 40 days after your order was shipped.  Of course, there are conditions. Items eligible for return must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, and must have all original tags and labels attached.

Items NOT eligible for return/refund include: Bath & Body Products, Intimates & Lingerie, Gift Cards and Sale items

Items eligible for store credit ONLY include: Accessories, Handbags, Swimwear.

Exchanges: Due to limited stock we are unable to hold items. If you would like a different size or color we recommend ordering the new item and returning the original item. A refund/store credit for the original item will be issued depending on the return eligibility of said item.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not refund shipping and handling charges. Returns that do not meet our guidelines will be sent back at the owner's expense.



1. Email us at to receive a Return Label.

2. Fill out the Return Form that came with your package.

3. Print the Return Label and place it on the outside of your package.

All Domestic Returns (excluding handbags and bulk orders) will be subject to a $5.99 shipping fee,  which will be deducted from the refunded amount. 

Domestic Returns for single handbags will be subject to a 8.99 shipping fee, which will be deducted from your store credit.

Bulk Orders will be accessed a handling/shipping fee after return is requested. Bulk orders are orders consisting of 2 or more handbags or 2 pounds or more in weight.

  • Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 to 10 business days after we receive your return.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

International customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend shipping with an insured carrier and keeping all receipts until we've received your package and your refund has been credited back to you. Once your return is processed we'll email you a refund notification. Snatched is not responsible for missing, damaged or packages lost in transit.
